Last summer, we discovered that one of the septic tanks servicing the Commons shops was damaged and out of service. We worked hard over the winter and spring to address the situation, which involved removing part of the deck, installing and connecting a new septic tank, and rebuilding the deck.
The next step will be to open the deck above the old tank to remove it, and rebuild the portion of deck. We are scheduling this work for the fall this year.
